Soon after his twelve year professional career, he became an assistant coach specialist in goalkeeping and set pieces-a revolutionary position that began when he started under Johan Cruijff at Ajax. Frans Hoek has been apart of many successes with the largest trainer-coaches and clubs in the world. He has followed and successfully completed many extensive sports training courses, and has a master’s degree in Physical Education.
